How to track a shipment — corporate merch in Poland
From the moment boxes leave our Warszawa hub to proof-of-delivery at your office: 6 carriers including InPost paczkomaty, one consolidated dashboard, and escalation contacts if a parcel drifts off schedule.
Step 1 — Receive your tracking pack
At pickup we email a tracking pack: AWB number(s), carrier (InPost paczkomat / DPD / DHL Express / UPS / GLS / Poczta Polska), expected delivery per address, link to carrier portal, our internal job number. Sent within 2 h of courier pickup at Warszawa hub.
Step 2 — Use the carrier portal
Scan events: collected → in-transit → out-for-delivery or paczkomat-ready → delivered.
Step 3 — Split shipments to multiple addresses
If we split to N offices in Poland (Warszawa, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, Łódź, Katowice…) each address has its own AWB. The tracking pack maps AWB → ship-to → recipient → ETA. Bulk download POD signatures via our customer portal.
Step 4 — InPost paczkomaty for employee drops
Paczkomaty (InPost lockers) are a Poland-specific option: 24/7 self-pickup, popular for employee gift drops where home addresses are sensitive. Recipient gets SMS code, picks up at their nearest locker. 24–48 h delivery, very competitive rate.
Step 5 — EU cross-border CMR
For shipments outside Poland but inside EU: no customs, CMR with the load, copy emailed within 24 h. KSeF VAT invoice references the CMR number. Non-EU: CMR + EUR.1 + commercial invoice; DHL Express tracks cross-border.
Step 6 — Proof of delivery and escalation
POD with recipient signature emailed automatically. For VIP gift drops add a geo-tagged photo (+5€/address). If a parcel sits >48 h we open a tracer — 95% resolved in 24 h. If lost: full replacement at our cost (insurance up to 1 000€ included).
