Ten pages answer the commercial questions before you ask them: what the minimum order is at each tier, what a unit costs, what rush production adds and how payment is structured.
The four tiers
The four tiers are the spine of the pricing model. The starter tier starts at 30 to 50 units per SKU at 8 to 15 EUR per unit with one or two colours and a single position, the standard tier at 100 to 250 units at 6 to 12 EUR per unit with multi-colour and multi-position decoration, the volume tier at 500 or more units at 5 to 10 EUR per unit, and the enterprise tier at 1,000 or more units at 4 to 8 EUR per unit.
Volume discounts sit on top of the tier price: list price from 250 units, 8 percent from 500, 14 percent from 1,000, 19 percent from 2,500 and 24 percent from 5,000, with a dedicated production slot and a freight subsidy at the top band. Lead times run 5 to 8 working days at the starter tier, 7 to 10 at standard, 10 to 14 at volume and 14 to 21 at enterprise. Rush production is priced separately, with Rush-7 at 4 to 5 days and Rush-3 at 2 to 3 days subject to capacity confirmation.
