What the 2026 numbers say about merch buying

Five reports built from our own 2026 data rather than from industry commentary: what Polish companies spend, which minimum tiers they buy at, which print methods are taking share and how resilient the supply chain has become.

Budgets, measured across 142 accounts

The budget report covers 142 active Poland accounts. Average annual contracted spend is 78,300 EUR with a median of 42,000 EUR and a top decile above 380,000 EUR, and small companies under 200 staff typically spend 8,000 to 25,000 EUR a year while mid-market companies spend 30,000 to 150,000 EUR and enterprises 200,000 to 1.2 million EUR. By use case, events and trade shows take 28 percent of spend, employee programmes 24 percent, VIP and executive gifting 18 percent, customer loyalty 16 percent and internal swag 9 percent.

The other four reports read that data from different angles. The MOQ report tracks how the tiers moved during 2026, the print method report shows which decoration methods are gaining share, the supply chain report measures how much of the European programme still runs on single-sourced production and the sustainability report follows the growth of recycled and bio-based material lines.
