Compliance paperwork you can hand to a supplier auditor
Procurement teams rarely ask for a certificate because they doubt the goods. They ask because their own audit needs a document trail. This section holds the seventeen pieces of evidence that answer the questions a Polish buyer is required to answer.

The pages cover the standards that apply to the goods themselves, such as CE marking, REACH and SVHC, RoHS and the EU Deforestation Regulation, and the systems that sit around them, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR and the data processing agreement. Where a rule carries a hard date, the page states it: the European Accessibility Act applied from 28 June 2025, and B Corp certification is scored out of 200 points and valid for three years.
Every textile SKU we quote is covered by an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate, and organic or recycled lines carry GOTS or GRS certification with a number that can be checked against the issuing body rather than taken on trust. Certificate numbers are supplied per purchase order and archived for seven years.
