Fourteen sets of questions buyers actually ask
The question and answer library groups the questions that come up most often by function. Each set is written from the buyer side and answered with the specifics a Polish account needs, including VAT at 23 percent invoiced through KSeF, the Warszawa hub and the real production flow.
How the programme actually runs
The mechanics behind the answers are the same on every programme: a five-stage flow of brief, spec lock, strike-off, production and fulfilment, with a three-person review of account, production and quality before any strike-off is released. Response times are two working days for a first answer, five for a fully quoted brief and 24 hours for any compliance question.
Design questions take up the argument about Pantone matching, and delivery questions take up the argument about split shipments and what happens when a courier is late. The finance and legal sets cover VAT treatment, reverse charge for cross-border EU buyers, the data processing agreement and the record retention that Polish e-invoicing law requires.
