Five process documents behind every quote
These five pages describe our own working method rather than a product category: how a design moves from brief to sample, how a price is built, how a supplier is selected, how quality is checked and how sustainability claims are substantiated.
The gates a job passes through
The design process page sets the gates. Discovery is answered within one business day and a formal quote for catalogue items follows within two to three days, with the quote broken into unit price, setup, decoration, freight from Warszawa and the 23 percent VAT applied separately. Volume tiers run at 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 or more units, with lead times of 5 to 10 working days after artwork approval.
The pricing philosophy explains why the numbers sit where they do, the procurement framework describes what a supplier has to have before it is added, the quality process describes the checks between goods leaving the line and goods leaving the warehouse, and the sustainability method explains the evidence behind every environmental claim we print.
