The conference cluster is the most used, because a trade show deadline forces every decision at once. It runs from the stand design and the give-away quantity through the decoration choice, the split between staff and visitors and the storage plan for what comes home unsold.
The multi-event cluster is the most useful over a year, since it deals with running four or five campaigns through one annual order with timed dispatch instead of repeating the whole procurement exercise each time.
