What sits behind the promise on a quote
Nine pages of the evidence a buyer asks for when they want to know who is actually making the goods: the certifications, the code of conduct, the vetting process, the data protection position and the transparency report.
Certificates with numbers, not adjectives
The certifications are specific and verifiable. Our Warszawa hub and all production partners hold ISO 9001, the hub holds ISO 14001 for environmental management, every textile SKU is covered by OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and the organic and recycled lines carry GOTS, GRS and FSC certification with the certificate number printed on the order documentation rather than asserted in a brochure.
The supplier vetting page describes how a new production partner is added, and the transparency report covers sourcing, audits and incidents. Alongside them sit the code of conduct, the anti-bribery and conflicts-of-interest policy, the whistleblowing channel for confidential reporting and the GDPR position, which is where most data-protection questions from buyers actually land.
