Programmes we ran, with the numbers they produced
These are working programmes rather than testimonials. Each page states the scope, the budget band, the number of SKUs and units, the lead time and the KPIs the client tracked after delivery.
What the programmes have in common
The shape of a typical programme is 4 to 10 SKUs and 800 to 3,500 units spread across several audiences, running for 60 to 180 days and budgeted between 25,000 and 90,000. Defect rates stayed under 0.5 percent and net promoter scores on the kits cleared 60, with a photo proof attached to every dispatch.
The programmes cover a wide spread of sectors: an automotive tier-1 supplier running an expo stand and a customer day, a bank building kits for relationship managers, a hotel chain onboarding new staff, a university press launching a book title, a microbrewery launching into its own tap room. Each one names the approval chain it had to pass through, because that is usually the part buyers want to copy.
