Poland compared with nineteen other markets

Each comparison sets the Polish position against one other market on the things a procurement team can check: unit price at a given volume, lead time, minimum order, VAT treatment and the cost of shipping into the destination.

What stays the same and what changes

The pattern across the twenty comparisons is consistent. Poland combines a lead time of 5 to 8 working days from Warszawa with a rush option at 35 percent for 3 to 5 day delivery, and mid-volume embroidered apparel typically lands 8 to 15 percent lower than in comparable European markets because of the density of the Warszawa production cluster.

The VAT picture is the other half. Polish invoices carry VAT at 23 percent, issued through KSeF, and a buyer taking goods into another EU member state normally applies reverse charge against a valid VAT number, while deliveries to the UK and Switzerland carry their own import treatment and paperwork. The comparison pages set this out per market rather than in general terms.
