Bill of materials for every order we quote
Every SKU we quote comes with a written bill of materials: fabric weight, thread count, decoration limits, carton size and the certificates that travel with the batch. These eight specs cover the products Polish buyers order most often.
What a bill of materials settles
A bill of materials removes the arguments that normally surface at sample stage. Instead of calling a hoodie mid-weight, the sheet states 280 gsm combed cotton, a gusseted body, twin-needle hems and a drawcord with metal tips. The production partner quotes against the same sheet, and the pre-production sample is checked back against it before the run is released.
Each spec also carries its compliance trail. Textile SKUs list OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and, where the material allows, GOTS or GRS certification with a number that can be verified independently. Certificates are archived for seven years and a country-of-origin declaration travels with the goods for customs.
