Training that makes the next order cheaper
The academy runs four courses for people who own the merchandise budget rather than the artwork: a two-day strategy masterclass, a Pantone colour workshop, a procurement fundamentals course and a sustainability course.
Four courses, four different jobs
The strategy masterclass is two days and twelve hours, built for senior procurement leads, brand managers and CMOs. It starts with merch as brand strategy rather than a cost centre, then covers vendor portfolios, the risk-adjusted case for multi-sourcing, Scope 3 emissions and CSRD reporting, and ends with a three-year programme plan that each attendee presents for peer feedback.
The colour workshop is the practical one for buyers who approve artwork: Pantone matching, Delta E tolerances and the difference between a shade that survives a wash and one that does not. The procurement course covers the mechanics of running an RFQ, and the sustainability course sets out which recycled-content claims a supplier is allowed to make in writing.
