Which document gets negotiated
The data processing agreement is the one that gets negotiated. It is a GDPR Article 28 agreement covering the personal data we handle on a client behalf, usually recipient names and delivery addresses, and it sets out the processing instructions, the security measures and the terms on which we act as processor.
The cookie policy describes what is loaded and on what basis, with essential cookies such as session, CSRF, language and cart relying on ePrivacy Article 5(3). Consent is stored for twelve months in a first-party cookie and the maximum life of a consent cookie is 13 months as recommended by the EDPB. Polish enforcement sits with UODO, and pre-ticked boxes, cookie walls and dark patterns are not used.
