Five windows in the year that merch programmes follow

Merch demand in Poland moves with the calendar. These five pages work through the windows that matter: return to office in autumn, the festival and outdoor season in summer, spring promotions, the September back to school push and the year-end gifting round.

Autumn is the heaviest window

Autumn is the heaviest of them. Return to office programmes in Poland deploy 200 to 2,000 welcome kits, with a budget of 35 to 110 EUR per kit and 18 to 45 EUR for a hot-desk pack, and the season runs from September to November as conferences and offsites overlap. Material allocation for the fourth quarter needs booking eight weeks ahead.

The other four have their own rhythm. Summer programmes follow festivals, hotels and outdoor team activity, spring carries Easter promotions and fitness-season kits, back to school turns to September campaigns and family-oriented sets, and winter holds the holiday and year-end programme that carries the largest volume of the year. Stock weights change with the season too, with autumn favouring 300 to 360 gsm fleece, washed at 30 and 40 degrees before dispatch.
