Multi-language labelling — corporate merch in Poland

Polish + English + DE / CS / SK / RU variable-data labels for CEE distribution: care symbols on textiles, allergens on food gifts, country-of-origin "Made in Poland", and recipient personalisation in one SKU.

Multi-language labelling — short answer

Each item ships with a label-pack containing Polish (required by Polish consumer protection law) and English plus optional DE / CS / SK / HU / RO / UA / RU for CEE distribution. Variable-data print attaches recipient name and message. Mandatory EU labels (care, washing, allergens, country of origin) come standard.

Detailed FAQ — multi-language labelling

Languages required by Polish law?

Polish is mandatory under the Polish Consumer Protection Act (Ustawa o ochronie konkurencji i konsumentów) and Regulation on labelling. All hazard, care, allergen and warranty info must be in Polish.

CEE / pan-EU distribution?

Multilingual hangtags (PL/EN/DE/CS/SK/HU/RO/UA/RU) for textiles, multilingual leaflets for electronics, multilingual ingredient panels for food. Local language first, others alphabetical.

Variable data per recipient?

Yes — name, hire date, employee number, custom message. Lead time +1–2 days. Supplied via CSV; validated against character limits and Polish-character support (ą ć ę ł ń ó ś ź ż).

Care symbols on textiles?

ISO 3758 care symbols printed or woven into inner label. Fibre composition and country of origin per EU Regulation 1007/2011.

Allergens on food gifts?

EU Reg 1169/2011 (FIC): 14 mandatory allergens in bold, ingredients descending, nutrition per 100 g, country of origin. Polish + English at minimum.

"Made in Poland" labelling?

Yes — "Made in Poland" on items genuinely produced here. For items only personalised in Poland we use "Personalised in Poland" / "Decorated in Poland" to avoid misleading claims.

Braille / accessibility?

Available on request — pharma kits and inclusive merch. Embossed Braille per ISO 17049, +0.5–1.5€ per item depending on volume.

Pricing?

Standard 2-language hangtag up to 250 chars included. Extra language 0.05–0.15€/unit. Variable data 0.20–0.50€/unit. Multilingual leaflets folded inside the box 0.25–0.80€.

Poland-specific labelling notes

Polish Consumer Protection Act makes Polish mandatory on consumer-goods labels; EU Regulation 1007/2011 governs textile fibre composition; EU Regulation 1169/2011 (FIC) governs food labels. For B2B gifts to employees consumer rules do not strictly apply but most clients still want Polish + English on every label as best practice. KSeF VAT invoice references GTIN of labelled SKUs when relevant.
