Circular economy

Take-back, repair, repurpose and end-of-life programs for Corp-Merch.PL Poland customers.

Take-back of unused stock

Overruns, unused welcome-kit stock and end-of-program leftovers can be returned to our Poland warehouse free of charge for orders over 200 units. Returned items are sorted: A-grade goes into a redistribution pool (offered first to non-profits in Poland), B-grade is donated to local charities under partnership agreements, and damaged items go to textile recycling (mechanical fiber recovery) or, for electronics, WEEE-compliant treatment via a certified collector.

Design for repair and repurpose

Our hard-goods SKUs are selected with repairability in mind: replaceable lids on bottles, standard battery types on tech, modular bags. For textiles we offer a re-decoration service — re-embroidering or re-printing previously branded items when corporate identity changes, extending product life by 2-3 years. Cost is typically 35-50% of new production with 70%+ emissions saving.

End-of-life and recycling streams

In Poland we partner with certified textile recyclers (mechanical fiber recovery) and a WEEE collector for electronics. Single-material packaging recycles into the standard local recovery streams. We track recovery rates and publish them in the annual sustainability report. National framework: the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regimes of Poland for packaging and electronics — we register and pay eco-contributions where required.

FAQ

What's the minimum order for take-back?

200 units. Below that we direct to local charities at our cost — write to [email protected].

Do you guarantee items will be reused, not landfilled?

A and B-grade go to reuse via NGO partners. C-grade goes to mechanical recycling. Nothing goes to landfill in Poland; small fractions go to energy recovery from sorting residues.

Can employees return personal items?

Yes — employees can ship items to our warehouse with a prepaid label (cost typically billed to the corporate program).

What is re-decoration?

Removing or covering old branding and applying a new design to extend the product's life. We can also de-brand for donation.

Are returns counted in my Scope 3?

They reduce category-12 (end-of-life) emissions because the items don't enter the waste stream prematurely. We provide the calculation.
