Classic stencil printing pushing plastisol or water-based ink through a mesh screen. Supports up to 6 spot Pantone colours, MOQ 50 pieces, washes 50+ cycles without cracking. Substrates: cotton, cotton-poly blends, canvas.

Pantone matching to Delta-E ≤ 2.5 standard tolerance, ≤ 1.5 on critical brand reds and blues. Strike-off proofs 35-80 EUR each, credited back on production orders of 200+ units.

Durability?
Plastisol inks hold 50+ wash cycles at 40°C without cracking. Water-based inks 30-40 washes with softer hand.
