What we cover
Chemical inventory aligned with ZDHC MRSL v3.1 (Manufacturing Restricted Substances List). All dye houses screen inputs against REACH Annex XVII, SVHC Candidate List, and our internal RSL. Wastewater tested quarterly per ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines. Print inks: Oeko-Tex Eco Passport for water-based and discharge inks; no PVC plastisol after 2024 cutover.
Methodology
BHive by GoBlu used for inventory management across tier-1 wet processors. ChemIQ scoring for incoming chemical formulations. Roadmap published for phase-out of last-generation fluorocarbons (C6 → fluorine-free DWR by Q3 2026). Annual Higg FEM verification for all dye houses (avg score 78/100, target 85 by 2028).
Reporting and compliance — Poland
Reporting cadence: annual sustainability disclosure aligned with CSRD/ESRS, GRI Standards, CDP Climate Change. Country-specific compliance for Poland: VAT 23% invoicing context applies to operations; sustainability disclosures published in English and PL. Warszawa hub serves as primary reporting boundary for Poland.
