Pricing — Poland corporate merch

Transparent EUR pricing (PLN on request) for branded merch produced in Poland: per-unit ranges by MOQ tier, sample fees, rush surcharges and everything that is included before VAT 23%.

Pricing — quick answer

Per-unit EUR pricing depends on MOQ tier and product class. Standard apparel and drinkware sits at 8–15 EUR/unit for 50 pcs, 6–12 EUR/unit for 100 pcs, 5–10 EUR/unit for 250 pcs and 4–8 EUR/unit at 500+ pcs. Samples cost 35–80 EUR, rush production adds +35%. Quotes are issued in EUR or PLN, net of VAT 23%, with one-position print included; invoices flow via KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur).

Detailed FAQ — pricing

What is included in the per-unit price?

Blank stock, one print position, standard polybag packing, basic QC and palletisation for delivery within Poland. Setup amortised into the per-unit rate from 100 pcs.

How much does a sample cost?

Plain blank samples 35–50 EUR/unit + courier. Printed PPS on the actual blank with your artwork 50–80 EUR/unit, credited against the final invoice once the bulk is confirmed.

Rush surcharge?

+35% on the production line for 3–5 working-day turnaround instead of standard 5–8 working days. Strike-offs and proofing remain at standard timing.

Is VAT included?

No. All quotes are net of VAT 23%. Polish e-invoices flow through KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur) operated by the Ministry of Finance — invoice numbers are KSeF-issued and visible to your accountant in real time.

EUR or PLN?

Both. EUR is standard for our corporate clients; PLN quotes on request, with NBP mid-rate locked at PO confirmation. KSeF invoices can be issued in either currency.

Volume discounts beyond 500 pcs?

Yes. From 1,000 pcs we move from MOQ-tier pricing to project pricing — direct mill sourcing on apparel, bulk import on hard goods. Typically 10–20% additional improvement.

Additional print positions?

Each additional position is +0.40–1.20 EUR/unit depending on technique. Wrap-around sublimation on drinkware counts as one position.

Hidden fees?

No. Artwork prep up to 30 minutes, one round of digital proofing, and palletised delivery to one Polish address are already in the quote.

Poland-specific notes

From mid-2026 KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur) is mandatory for all Polish B2B invoicing — invoices are issued via the Ministry of Finance system with a KSeF reference number. VAT 23% applies, with reduced rates only on selected categories not relevant for branded merch. Intra-EU B2B with valid VAT IDs uses reverse-charge. Payment terms run 14, 30 or 45 days; default for new clients is 50% deposit + 50% on delivery via SEPA or PLN bank transfer (Elixir).
