Detailed FAQ — payment
Why 50% deposit?
Branded merch is bespoke production — once your logo is printed, stock has no secondary market. The deposit covers blanks and setup; the balance follows delivery.
Net 30 / Net 45?
Yes — after two completed orders or with a credit-line check. We open a customer credit limit, you receive a Net 30 KSeF e-invoice, payment due 30 days from delivery date.
How does KSeF work?
Polish e-invoices are transmitted as XML through KSeF, the Krajowy System e-Faktur operated by the Ministry of Finance. The system assigns each invoice a KSeF reference number; your accountant sees the invoice automatically in their KSeF dashboard.
Is KSeF mandatory?
For B2B invoices in Poland: yes, from mid-2026. We are KSeF-ready and have been issuing voluntary KSeF invoices since launch.
EU reverse-charge?
For B2B sales to a valid EU VAT ID outside Poland, we issue a KSeF invoice without VAT, with "odwrotne obciążenie / reverse-charge" annotation.
Split payment for Polish clients?
For specific VAT-listed goods (not branded merch) Polish split payment ("mechanizm podzielonej płatności") is mandatory above 15,000 PLN. Branded merch typically falls outside, but we support split payment if the buyer requests it.
Payment methods?
SEPA bank transfer (EUR, settles overnight), Polish Elixir transfer (PLN, settles within hours during banking sessions), BLIK for samples, Visa/Mastercard via Stripe link, PayPal for samples under 200 EUR.
Late payment?
Polish commercial debt rules apply: statutory interest at the published NBP rate from the day after invoice due date, plus a 40/70/100 EUR fixed recovery fee depending on invoice value. Rarely invoked on recurring clients.
