Same-day in Warszawa?
Orders ready by 11:00 from our Warszawa hub are delivered the same afternoon within the city + immediate suburbs. Van for ≥3 pallets, city courier for smaller loads.
Next-day for the rest of Poland?
Yes, DPD and InPost provide 24-hour service to Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, Łódź, Katowice and most voivodship capitals.
InPost Paczkomat for small items?
Yes — branded merch packs ≤25kg can ship to InPost Paczkomat lockers, useful for distributing welcome kits to remote employees.
Multi-location splits?
Yes. Multi-location splits across HQ, branches and store networks are quoted at a flat per-drop fee. We pre-pack and label each carton.
EU-wide delivery?
Single Market — no customs, no duties, only the reverse-charge VAT entry on the KSeF invoice. Standard 2–4 working days to most EU capitals via DHL / DPD / UPS.
Non-EU delivery (UK, Norway, Switzerland, Ukraine)?
We issue CMR, commercial invoice and EUR.1 certificate where preferential treatment applies. DAP or DDP — most clients choose DAP. Ukraine corridor goes through Korczowa/Dorohusk with same-day cross-border.
Direct stand drop at trade fairs?
Yes — PTAK Warsaw Expo, EXPO XXI Warszawa, MTP Poznań, EXPO Kraków, EXPO Silesia Sosnowiec, Targi Lublin. We coordinate with exhibitor pass-holders and the fair logistics desk.
Insurance?
Up to 1,000 EUR cargo cover is included; above that we top up to declared value (~0.3% of declared value).
Poland-specific notes
Intra-EU shipments stay in the Single Market with no customs, only the reverse-charge VAT entry on the KSeF e-invoice. Non-EU shipments need a CMR, commercial invoice and EUR.1 certificate. Cross-border Ukraine deliveries pass through Korczowa or Dorohusk customs in 24h. Payment for transport follows the same SEPA/Elixir / 50–50 / Net 30 logic as the main invoice.
