Our Poland office is based in Warszawa. We can host meetings, walk you through sample swatches and hand over press-ready proofs. Please email ahead to schedule.
Invoicing & legal
Poland invoices are issued with VAT 23% and submitted to KSeF. We are happy to share our VAT number, registry extract and ESG policy on request — write to [email protected].

Can I visit the office?
Yes — please email ahead so we can prepare samples and book a meeting room in Warszawa.
Do you accept POs?
Yes — we accept POs from registered businesses. Payment terms are negotiated on volume.
What about e-invoicing?
All Poland invoices flow through KSeF. We can also issue PDFs and ZUGFeRD where required.
Who handles complaints?
Quality complaints go to [email protected]. We acknowledge within 24h and resolve within 5 business days.
