We are currently hiring a Senior Account Manager (Poland), a Production Coordinator and a Junior Designer. All roles are based in Warszawa with up to three days per week remote. EU work-visa support is available for the right candidate.
How we work
Small teams, single-owner accounts, no internal ticketing. We invest in tools that compress turnaround — colour-managed monitors, calibrated proof printers, an internal mock-up library and a shared sample wall in the Warszawa office. We reward delivery, not face time.
Local hiring in Poland
We prefer candidates already eligible to work in the EU, but we sponsor work visas for senior production and account roles. Poland payroll runs through our local entity with full social-security contributions.
